Banquet Policies

   
 

CONFIRMATION OF SPACE

  • Banquets are only confirmed upon receiving a signed contract & deposit. All dates are subject to space release approval from our sales and marketing department.
  • Minimum guaranteed attendance must be received two days prior to your function; if attendance falls below the guaranteed number you will be charged for the guaranteed attendance.
  • Space may be confirmed on a definite basis as early as 12 months in advance.
  • Minimum guests for privacy in the side dinning room 30.
  • No Private Parties on the patio.

DEPOSITS & CHARGES

  • A $75.00 set up & Clean up fee is applied to all banquets.
  • A deposit of $150.00 is required to book the Banquet room.
  • A $250.00 deposit is required to book the Patio.
  • A deposit is refundable within 30 days prior to the function with written notice. (December deposits are refundable no later than 6 months prior to the function, with written notice $250.00 deposit for the Banquet Room, $1000.00 deposit for the Patio).
  • The deposit will be applied to the total charges or balance of your function.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX

  • The Elbow Room will add a taxable 18% service charge and applicable sales tax to all food and beverage items.
  • In cases when no meals are purchased, the service charge and sales tax will be added to the room rental.
  • Room rental varies on day, date and time.

FOOD & BEVERAGE, COUNT & PRICING

  • Prices on the enclosed menus are subject to change. Total costs vary according to the menu selection and type of event. Our staff will be happy to develop any custom menus you may wish to have.
  • All food and beverage, with the exception of Wedding Cakes & Birthday Cakes; must be provided by The Elbow Room.
  • You may choose up to 3 entrée items, when choosing three entrees, all entrees are priced at the higher priced item.
  • Counts on entrée selections and head counts will be needed two days prior to your function.

LINENS

  • A selection of colors and sizes in table cloths and napkins are available
  • Tablecloth $3.00ea.
  • Napkins $0.25ea.

AUXILIARY SERVICES

Our newly remodeled Banquet room is equipped with a state of the art 50” Plasma screen with DSL, DVD & VCR capability. Podiums, projectors and screens are available as well; prices vary depending on services needed. Our banquet manager will be able to detail these for you.
